an inspection of your unit, and thoroughly clean your indoor
and outdoor unit, to make sure your equipment will properly
deliver the highest quality of air in your home or
business. By providing preventative maintenance, your
system will run more efficiently and save you money on
future utility bills.

The Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service and Gulf
States Power did a test and found that you can save (on

We recommend that your system be tuned up semi-annually.

come out twice a year to clean and tune-up your heating
and air conditioning system (s). Our service department
will contact you when it is time to schedule a cleaning
and you will save money through our pre-purchase
maintenance plan.
