“My window type a/c stopped putting out cold air. Cody was unable to get the unit out of the frame and tried several different approaches to it. He called and spoke with someone and they tried to walk him through everything and still he was unable to get it out of the frame. He checked everything and was certain that the Freon level in the compressor was the reasoning for the inability to get cold air. The compressor on my unit did not have a "valve" or "plug" for Freon to be added to it. He stated he could install one and then gave me the cost options. I asked him to have someone from sales contact me so we could consider other options. We decided to go with a mini split unit which was installed yesterday. Cody is friendly and receptive to discussion which has always been a character of all employees of Dave Broussard A/C & Heating.”
