“HAD THE COIL SYSTEM INSIDE MY HOME REPLACED IN AUGUST 2021.IT WAS FAULTY THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED IT WEDNESDAY OF LAST WEEK.THANKSGIVING MORNING IT WASNT COOLING ……….SIMON (A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN) CAME OUT TO SEE ABOUT IT THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED IT THE DAY BEFORE HADN’T TIGHTENED THE VALVES AND IT WAS LEAKING FREON. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.I FELT SO BAD FOR …….SIMON TO HAVE TO BE HERE MORE THAN HALF THE DAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S FAULT……….HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND CARED FOR HIS JOB, HE ALSO CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS COOLING PROPERLY……….I HAD A GREAT TIME TALKING TO HIM….A GREAT GUY..THEY ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM ON THEIR STAFF(NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE WOULD HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE TO HAVE TO WORK ON THANKSGIVING …….5 STARS TO YOU SIMON!!!!!!!!!!”
