He even spoke to my husband on the phone to explain the issue to him. He went over all options with us and scheduled an appointment with someone else to come on the following Monday to present our options with cost estimates. He answered all questions we had patiently and knowledgeably. Since he had to turn off the unit for fear of further damage he made arrangements for two window units to be brought over so we would have AC.
