“Mr. Dillan Guidry of DB A/C Heating, came to our home to analyze our HVAC system for potential change out to a new system. Mr. Guidry was extremely thorough in inspecting our system after having discussed with us at length what our needs would be. Mr. Dillan was professional and very courteous throughout the evaluation of our system, potential new system requirements and in presenting several options that may work for us financially.
If Mr. Dillan is representative of DB A/C heating personnel then I must say that this company is in very good shape.

“Technician didn't know about our unit
He continously changed parts saying yes this will fix it
Never fixed..cost 2500 dollars and a different technician to finally get it fixed
I feel we were charged all this money because he wasn't experienced and it cost us
I'm not convinced all the parts changed were necessary at our expense..sad to say”
“Big Thanks to the A team that installed our new AC system. Dorsey, Miles, and Josh. They did an outstanding job. We received a call before they showed up, and they were on time, starting at 8 am and finishing by 12:30 pm. Our new system is much more efficient. I spoke with Kendra and Megan and they both were very helpful and friendly
We have used Dave Broussard AC & Heating for over 20 years and will continue to do so; we will also recommend them. They were very professional and courteous, and they even assisted me in bringing my groceries in from the car.
