“Our 12-year-old AC system developed a leak that was uneconomical to repair so we called Dave Broussard for a quote. Spencer provided the information we needed to choose our next system. Three days later Zack and Wyatt arrived at the scheduled time and installed our new Lennox Signature Collection system. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. “For the past several months, my HVAC has been shutting down before reaching the desired temperature. This is called short cycling. Dave Broussard was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. It turns out my new HVAC was installed improperly. A transition piece should have been replaced and the factory settings on the blower were not checked and set to the new unit properly. It's now been 2 weeks and my HVAC has not shutdown once ! Great job to all involved !”

“I will first start off by saying that I have worked with many of the crew members at Dave's from receptionists, technicians, and management, and all were excellent in their ability to get me where I needed to be and in a very timely manner with my home needs, and I apologize if I have left anyone out on the checklist. “I recently had an install of a new air conditioner and a 10 out of 10 isn’t enough to rate my experience. Starting with Spencer who has been a phenomenal communicator and very easily accessable despite the time of day. Ryan as well with constant communication and updates. The install team were as professional as it gets, they were quick, didn’t cut corners, cleaned up, and were a pleasure talking to. I even left my house unlocked and left because of the trust built with the entire Dave Broussard team. I won’t use another company on the future and will refer to anyone looking. I’ll also be calling for my office building up the road. I spoke with a lady on the phone, forgot her name but I was impressed how much she knew about team locations and the industry. Please make sure upper management sees this, it’s very hard to find good hard working folks that are professional.”

“For the past several months, my HVAC has been shutting down before reaching the desired temperature. This is called short cycling. Dave Broussard was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. It turns out my new HVAC was installed improperly. A transition piece should have been replaced and the factory settings on the blower were not checked and set to the new unit properly. It's now been 2 weeks and my HVAC has not shutdown once ! Great job to all involved !”

“I will first start off by saying that I have worked with many of the crew members at Dave's from receptionists, technicians, and management, and all were excellent in their ability to get me where I needed to be and in a very timely manner with my home needs, and I apologize if I have left anyone out on the checklist. “I recently had an install of a new air conditioner and a 10 out of 10 isn’t enough to rate my experience. Starting with Spencer who has been a phenomenal communicator and very easily accessable despite the time of day. Ryan as well with constant communication and updates. The install team were as professional as it gets, they were quick, didn’t cut corners, cleaned up, and were a pleasure talking to. I even left my house unlocked and left because of the trust built with the entire Dave Broussard team. I won’t use another company on the future and will refer to anyone looking. I’ll also be calling for my office building up the road. I spoke with a lady on the phone, forgot her name but I was impressed how much she knew about team locations and the industry. Please make sure upper management sees this, it’s very hard to find good hard working folks that are professional.”
