“Our 12-year-old AC system developed a leak that was uneconomical to repair so we called Dave Broussard for a quote. Spencer provided the information we needed to choose our next system. “For the past several months, my HVAC has been shutting down before reaching the desired temperature. This is called short cycling. Dave Broussard was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. It turns out my new HVAC was installed improperly. A transition piece should have been replaced and the factory settings on the blower were not checked and set to the new unit properly. It's now been 2 weeks and my HVAC has not shutdown once ! Great job to all involved !”

Landon has been to our home before so he is familiar with where everything is and he’s very friendly as well as courteous! He always explains things in an understanding way, this visit he found some contact points that were getting old and burnt, so we agreed he should replace them in preparation for summer and more demand on the AC. It’s comforting knowing our system is maintained semi annually and good to go year round!”

“Parker was very professional showed up to do maintenance and check heater issue on time.He checked out my unit then reported to me what the issue was .Took pictures of the problem and called for a price on parts and repair price.He performed my schedule maintenance while he was waiting on a call back from the office.He had another customer in the area that he communicated with me that he would take care of while waiting on parts.He called me about 30 minute after he left to left me know the parts were on tge way to his location and he would be back as soon as he was done there.He returned with the parts changed them out then showed me the bad parts that he replaced.I was one hundred percent satisfied with Parker’s work and professionalism.i have been using Dave Brousssrd A/C since he started his business and must say this is the professionalism I expected with the tech show up!!”

“I will first start off by saying that I have worked with many of the crew members at Dave's from receptionists, technicians, and management, and all were excellent in their ability to get me where I needed to be and in a very timely manner with my home needs, and I apologize if I have left anyone out on the checklist. I had issues lingering for nearly three years until their crew came in and did a THOROUGH inspection. They did what it took without ceasing until finding what the issues were and repairs made. “I recently had an install of a new air conditioner and a 10 out of 10 isn’t enough to rate my experience. Starting with Spencer who has been a phenomenal communicator and very easily accessable despite the time of day. Ryan as well with constant communication and updates. The install team were as professional as it gets, they were quick, didn’t cut corners, cleaned up, and were a pleasure talking to. I even left my house unlocked and left because of the trust built with the entire Dave Broussard team. I won’t use another company on the future and will refer to anyone looking. I’ll also be calling for my office building up the road. I spoke with a lady on the phone, forgot her name but I was impressed how much she knew about team locations and the industry. Please make sure upper management sees this, it’s very hard to find good hard working folks that are professional.”

“For the past several months, my HVAC has been shutting down before reaching the desired temperature. This is called short cycling. Dave Broussard was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. It turns out my new HVAC was installed improperly. A transition piece should have been replaced and the factory settings on the blower were not checked and set to the new unit properly. It's now been 2 weeks and my HVAC has not shutdown once ! Great job to all involved !”

“I recently had an install of a new air conditioner and a 10 out of 10 isn’t enough to rate my experience. Starting with Spencer who has been a phenomenal communicator and very easily accessable despite the time of day. Ryan as well with constant communication and updates. The install team were as professional as it gets, they were quick, didn’t cut corners, cleaned up, and were a pleasure talking to. I even left my house unlocked and left because of the trust built with the entire Dave Broussard team. I won’t use another company on the future and will refer to anyone looking. I’ll also be calling for my office building up the road. I spoke with a lady on the phone, forgot her name but I was impressed how much she knew about team locations and the industry. Please make sure upper management sees this, it’s very hard to find good hard working folks that are professional.”
