“Everyone… From beginning to end was absolutely outstanding. Nicole was very friendly and helpful, Amanda had a tech onsite within 1 hour, Kendra was prompt on scheduling Michael out by next day for a unit quote. Next day late on Friday evening Daine and Mike came out and put in window units which cooled my home off within a few hours until my new unit was installed. Seth and Zack were amazing as well with installing my unit within the next week. I am so very grateful for everyone involved in the process who helped to get me cooling and completely taken care of and I absolutely love my new unit. I would highly recommend Dave Broussard AC and all of the friendly and helpful staff!”
“I wanted to thank your staff for helping my elderly renter with her AC problems. With 100 degree heat my renter was without AC for about 5 days. The part was not due soon and it was getting tense. On Friday evening they created a miracle. Amanda, Kendra, and Nicole were working on a solution, along with your service people. THE MIRACLE- They located a temporary fan blade replacement and in case that did not work they brought 2 window units. I have been a happy customer for decades but this went beyond anything! Thank your people! They saved the day!”

“My wife and I purchased a new home that needed the entire AC and heater system replaced.
Joe and Rhett spent 5 days at our home performing the installation. This was a huge job. New units, new duct work, everything. They were extremely professional and answered all of our questions. As big as this job was, it never felt invasive or intrusive. The guys left the place cleaner than it was when they found it. They took the time to walk us through everything they did and explained the benefits of this new system.
The amazing service also reached to the front office. Kendra was very helpful and followed up with us to verify everything was to our liking.
This level of service and professionalism is rare these days and this team has really gone out of the way to help us. Dave Broussard’s as earned our life long business.

“Simon started the ball rolling with his maintenance/inspection visit by locating a leak in our system because it were not cooling properly. Turns out we needed a new part for our unit. This was on a Thursday late afternoon. Ryan was very receptive and had a crew out to our home by early Friday morning. Joe and Rhett got right to work installing the part(s) and are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. All of this was initially set up by Kendra with the first phone call. We then got with Michael, salesman, who advised us concerning the needed part. We have been with Dave Broussard for over a decade and are always quite satisfied with the outcome. We know that the job will be done right the first time for his staff is customer service oriented. And that is something rare these days.”
