“I don't think you would want to share what I have to say. Not necessarily about the service, but your charges!!! In March Parker made a service call and found our variable blower motor needed to be changed. We were charged $1,918 for the blower with an additional $94.00 for the service call. Then this week May 27 we had to make another call and was told our drain was clogged. Landon was the serviceman and we were charged $285.00 for the call and to clear the drain. My thoughts are the while Parker was here in March troubleshooting shouldn't he have also checked the drain ??? We purchased a Lennex unit from Dave Broussard 3 years ago because his price was more reasonable….But now I realize he must be making up for it in his maintenance program and service charges. Will definitely keep this in mind in the future!”

He recognized that a part was in need of replacement and quickly fixed the problem. Dave Broussard AC & Heating is always so good during maintenance and service calls. Their techs only do what is needed and don’t try and sell you on unnecessary services. I really appreciate that.”
