“You guys are the best! Called on Saturday but it was t an emergency, just wanted to get on the list. Got a call late (6:30 PM) and the tech said he would be here in 40 minutes. As this was not an emergency, I told him to go home. Came back first thing Tuesday and diagnosed the problem. Had new parts at the warehouse but had real emergencies to tend to so came back today (Thursday) and took care of everything.

Thoroughly professional, careful, and generally outstanding.

“I don't think you would want to share what I have to say. Not necessarily about the service, but your charges!!! In March Parker made a service call and found our variable blower motor needed to be changed. We were charged $1,918 for the blower with an additional $94.00 for the service call. Then this week May 27 we had to make another call and was told our drain was clogged. Landon was the serviceman and we were charged $285.00 for the call and to clear the drain. My thoughts are the while Parker was here in March troubleshooting shouldn't he have also checked the drain ??? We purchased a Lennex unit from Dave Broussard 3 years ago because his price was more reasonable….But now I realize he must be making up for it in his maintenance program and service charges. Will definitely keep this in mind in the future!”

“Parker was very nice and polite. He was able to temporarily get out unit going, but unfortunately could not find the freon leak to repair immediately. Hopefully on the next visit with the dye pack used he can get it all squared away. If possible we would like him to be the technician to return.”

“I called the office this morning because our heat wasn’t working. Megan was friendly, helpful and got a technician scheduled the same day. The technician, Parker, arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything and patiently anwsered all my questions. He quickly determined the issue and was able to obtain the needed part and return to my house a couple hours later to get it fixed. Great service!”
