Nason came out for a diagnosis, directed me immediately to the issue and also to an issue I didn’t even know I had (secondary air filter that was hidden). He explained thoroughly what the problem was and gave me different estimates on how to fix it. I chewed it over with my husband and ultimately we decided to call them back to order the part and have it replaced. Nason came out, swapped out the part, cleaned up any mess he made and even gave my nosey cat a pet or two!
