Brock was one of many that came by in the last few years and he was the FIRST to ever acknowledge the sweating of this unit to be not normal ! We love him and wish he could service all our units from now on, we just felt he was being honest and actually talking to us and letting us know what is going on !!!!”
“After placing a call for service, I was notified shortly there after, that Daine the service technician would be arriving in approximately a half an hour. He was friendly, courteous, presentable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate for services and make the necessary repair quickly. Upon completion of the work, he offered a semi annual service plan, given the age of the equipment (16yrs), I agreed with Daine.
I am very satisfied and look forward to a long lasting relationship.
