“So I recently had to change out my entire AC unit inside and outside. Redo all my duct work, the whole 9 yards. I went from a 4 ton to a 5 ton unit. I was recommended to Dave Broussard by my mother and Step father Gerald Grand. From the beginning to end the process was top notch. Paul came in and did a thorough walk through and measuring. Ask plenty of questions and got the unit that was best for my house. You can tell he wasn’t just trying to make a sale and he really cared. Joshua and Shawn came out last Thursday and started on the job which I know was no easy task. He was very professional and well spoken and in a good mood even considering the working conditions bring hottest part of the year and my attic being very hot. Shawn was the same, good attitude and did great work. They kept me informed throughout the entire job Thursday and Friday. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything ended up! They even came back Monday to do a air pressure test and made a few tweaks and got us chillin in here. Literally. All In all I would and will recommend Dave Broussard to anyone i know who will be looking for AC work to get done on the future.
