“After a bit of confusion as to why the unit wasn't cooling after paying $300.00 for service call and adding coolant, Cody explained what was happening and then sent another tech out who stayed until past 9:00. After talking to this tech, Cody got a part from New Orleans the next day and had it installed that afternoon. Between Cody , Nason, Daine and Josh they got my unit running much better until we could get a coil in to replace a leak in our coil that we have now. Thanks to all.”
