“Joshua and Shawn arrived promptly at the time scheduled. They immediately surveyed the area in order to appropriately remove my old unit and discussed with me what they could do to install the new ductless unit. They removed the old unit after a considerable amount of difficulty getting it out and not making any damage. They took their time and didn't appear to be hurried to get the job done. They were actually meticulous in doing their work. The guys worked as a team. When I didn't like the size of the base for the outdoor unit, Joshua got on the phone and was able to get a smaller size base that fits appropriately to the size of the outside unit. They were both friendly to me and my wife and in spite of the heat outside they continued to do their work. I was overall impressed by the way that everything was totally CLEANED up from the yard and in the sunroom. Shawn even asked to borrow my wife's vacuum and vacuumed the flooring indoor. Joshua spent time answering all questions about how to use the unit and spent at least 30 minutes answering and showing my wife how to operate the unit. These guys live up to the ongoing relationship that I have had with Dave Broussard A/C for the past 10 years.”
