“I am impressed with the overall service. He was very professional and very thorough. He performed maintenance on the unit and replaced the thermostat. He even took photos and estimates for the parts that are worn and might cause a problem in the near future. I mentioned to him that I might want to replace the whole unit soon and that I knew it was an old unit. He discussed all aspects of this with me and the pros and cons of replacing the unit versus possible costly repairs down the road.
