Landon has been to our home before so he is familiar with where everything is and he’s very friendly as well as courteous! He always explains things in an understanding way, this visit he found some contact points that were getting old and burnt, so we agreed he should replace them in preparation for summer and more demand on the AC. It’s comforting knowing our system is maintained semi annually and good to go year round!”

“Parker was very professional showed up to do maintenance and check heater issue on time.He checked out my unit then reported to me what the issue was .Took pictures of the problem and called for a price on parts and repair price.He performed my schedule maintenance while he was waiting on a call back from the office.He had another customer in the area that he communicated with me that he would take care of while waiting on parts.He called me about 30 minute after he left to left me know the parts were on tge way to his location and he would be back as soon as he was done there.He returned with the parts changed them out then showed me the bad parts that he replaced.I was one hundred percent satisfied with Parker’s work and professionalism.i have been using Dave Brousssrd A/C since he started his business and must say this is the professionalism I expected with the tech show up!!”
