“AC failed at the height of summer. 15-year-old compressor had quit. They came out immediately and provided a reasonable estimate. They did not try to upsell me anything by saying that my unit was very old and therefore the entire system, inside and out would require replacing. Once I gave the go ahead, they very promptly came and replaced my outside ac unit. Everything working beautifully so far. Thank you.”
