“I telephoned the office on a Friday around lunch. I spoke to Amanda. She was very nice and informative. She added me to their service board and advised me to wait for a call from a technician. I called back a few hours and spoke to Nicole just to make sure I didn’t miss a call. Amanda was just as nice and helpful. She checked the board to see where I was in line. She told me that I was next and that I should be receiving a call soon. Daine Kern called and said that he was 10 minutes away. He arrived at my home within that time frame. He was informative and thoroughly explained the issue with my unit. He told me the price before changing out the part. We further discussed getting quotes for new units. He educated me on “zoning” and that it may be a possibility for my home. I currently have 2 units – 1 for each floor. Replacing will be pricy. He informed me that Kendra would be contacting me to schedule a consultation. We also discussed regular maintenance. I was very pleased with this staff. I have been searching for a new company to take care of my heating and cooling needs. I believe I may have found my match. Great team!”
