My only complain is the communication with the after work hours staff. For a business that claims to have 24 hour service, this is very disappointing. I called Friday night 10-28-22 at 11pm. I got a voice message to call another number, so I did. A guy answers the phone I explain to him that the screen has gone black and our AC unit was not working and requested first thing in the morning service and so he took my name and number down. Well, by 10 AM the next morning no one had called or came by and did the service, so i called again and the young lady who answered the call asked if I had spoke with someone, and I told her yes last night gave the guy my name and number, so she said someone should be coming out. I called again 40 minutes later and asked why if I gave the guy my name and number last night and he told me it would be first thing in the morning service have I not heard from anyone yet, I explain to her that I have had a maintenance service contract with y’all for a very long time several years. She said she called the guy that had talk to me the night before and he said he only had my name and number and not my address!!
How can I have a service with you people, you have my name my my number a credit number on file that you obviously know where I live and where to charge me every month but don’t have my address associated with my name and phone number? She told me that the after hours crew may not have had access to that information and that was probably why there was a delay. I find that very hard to believe, but if that is the truth how do you claim to be a 24 hour service company and the people answering your phones after hours do not have access to the name phone number and address of your customers?!?… again communication, this is my only complaint. I hope in the future there is better communication moving forward, thanks.

“Seth and Rhett, the installers were very professional and explained every step of the installation process. I was also pleased that supervisor Ryan came and made an inspection to make sure the unit etc. was properly installed (which it was). He also explained if the humidity % showed too high that they would come back and make adjustments, not only that but balance heating and cooling for every room. The whole process from the Salesperson to compunction was a pleasant experience.
With guidance from the Salesperson, we made the correct decision.”
