“I had the most amazing tech Josh. He was very nice and did an awesome job even with hurdles in his way. My AC is on a tall stand. He also had to work in the pouring rain which not only left him soaking wet my yard holds water and mud not making it easy with his ladder if he had to go back and forth. He worked effortlessly and always had a smile on his face through it all. Please make sure he gets all the praise he can get bc he deserves it. He’s not even done with his route yet he still has other service calls to make.”
