“Call for service on Thursday and they came out on Friday. I had a previous quote with them so call and wanted work to be done. Angie created the invoice my total was $3500. The technician came on Friday and we spoke about the job. He spoke about something I wasn't having done. Technician called the and the salesman came home about 20 minutes after. Now the salesman man came and explain to me about the unit, I proceed to tell him I only want the furnace board change, but trying to convince me to run my credit by telling me it's a soft inquiry and I told help to get approved is ahard inquiry to get pre-qualified is a soft inquiry. The salesman process to leave and tell the technician to do the job as what the invoice says. Remind you I just told him I'm only doing the furnace board. I call Angie, to tell her I only want to do the furnace board she says" the invoice is already made" I asked so I'm not able to change my mind? Then she says we'll he already taken down the drain pain. I told her that's fine, but I only want the furnace board done. So I was forced to pay for the drain pain because the technician had taken it down already. Now unit still not working technician promise he would be back Saturday morning for 9:00 A.M. Technician showed up around 3:30 P.M. after I called the office. Technician( Seth) says he believe the board is faulty and it happens sometimes. At this point unit still not working. Sunday morning Seth rings the doorbell because he forgot his tools in the attic. Now top it off on Monday I get a phone call from the office asking if it's okay that they send another technician to try and fit the issue.. At this point yes I need it to work. In do time I will need another unit, bur I know it was just the furnace board need to be changed. I explained that I will get the unit in a few months due to my situation I am not able to run my credit. So, they want me to pay the $3500 and still do the $13000. When I'm ready. It was pointless and it's my money. This was my bad experience with Dave's Broussard A/C”
