“Dave broussard has good customer service. The problem is I bought a 12,000$ unit, had to replace the coils within 5 years. Now the duct came apart from “vibration” and I was charged 781$ for them to come drain half the water from the pan, and reconnect the duct… I personally don’t understand how ducts with screws fall off the unit to begin with. The people are friendly, but i am about to put myself through hvac school so I dont have to get hammered every time something goes wrong.”
