I even added something to the call after he got here and it was not a problem. He looked at the issue and gave me a quote on the spot which i thought was a fair and reasonable quote. He even spoke to my husband on the phone to explain the issue to him. He went over all options with us and scheduled an appointment with someone else to come on the following Monday to present our options with cost estimates. He answered all questions we had patiently and knowledgeably. Since he had to turn off the unit for fear of further damage he made arrangements for two window units to be brought over so we would have AC. Seth and his team were very professional, courteous, respectful and enjoyed their job. They finished installation and cleaned up site by 2:30 pm.
