“I own Airbnbs and it was 3:15 on a Sunday, with a guest arriving at 4 and the Air conditioner stopped working so I was in panic mode! I call and Angie said no problem that a tech would be out fast! Al arrived about 20 minutes later, went up in the attic & had the AC repaired at 3:42 8 minutes before my guest arrived! Al saved me from cancelling on my guest and the AC is working great!
