Nicole was very friendly and helpful, Amanda had a tech onsite within 1 hour, Kendra was prompt on scheduling Michael out by next day for a unit quote. Next day late on Friday evening Daine and Mike came out and put in window units which cooled my home off within a few hours until my new unit was installed. Seth and Zack were amazing as well with installing my unit within the next week. I am so very grateful for everyone involved in the process who helped to get me cooling and completely taken care of and I absolutely love my new unit. “The install crew (2 Techs) arrived on time with a very professional customer service demeanor, explaining the process to remove and replace my HVAC system. Kept the existing unit running as long as possible while prepping the new system. We was out of a unit maybe 1 hour. The techs explained how the new system works with a variable speed and air purifier with the new touchscreen thermostat along with the smart phone app. The techs preformed housekeeping, sweeping the floor and picking up all boxes and remaining debris. I highly recommend Dave Broussard A/C & Heating in Broussard.”
