“This is a review of the 3 times Al R. came to work on my Trane AC unit mid summer 2023 to late October 2023- A part had been on back order for months (Trane AC issue not Dave Broussard) and since it had been awhile DB gave me a temporary loaner part unit the ordered item would be delivered. Very cool of them, as the part was past due with no new manufacture date given. Al R came out the initial time for diagnostics, the 2nd time to install the loaner part, and then the last time to replace the broken Trane part. HE was great each time. Fully explained to me repeatedly, because I don't understand some of the complexities of how ACs work, what he was doing and what to expect. He was professional, friendly, and patient when repeating himself to explain to me. After his first visit I felt totally comfortable with him in my home. It was extremely aggravating that Trane didn't have the part available that was needed but DB's staff were patient and very helpful with me. The staff was great, especially Al R.”
