The technician, Parker, arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything and patiently anwsered all my questions. He quickly determined the issue and was able to obtain the needed part and return to my house a couple hours later to get it fixed. Great service!”

“I called the office yesterday morning after the power was restored and the thermostat for my central ac and heating unit did not appear to be working. I received a callback from Caleb, the tech on call, who walked me through checking the breakers. Everything else was working; no breakers were tripped. Caleb explained he wasn't able to come out due to the snowstorm. Blake Bourque came this afternoon to determine the cause of the issue. According to the voltage meter the unit was receiving only 26+ volts from the breaker. Blake said I would need a licensed electrician and stayed while I checked with a few. No one was available today. He helped me bring firewood into the house and re-started my fire before he left.
