“Simon started the ball rolling with his maintenance/inspection visit by locating a leak in our system because it were not cooling properly. Turns out we needed a new part for our unit. This was on a Thursday late afternoon. Ryan was very receptive and had a crew out to our home by early Friday morning. Joe and Rhett got right to work installing the part(s) and are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. All of this was initially set up by Kendra with the first phone call. We then got with Michael, salesman, who advised us concerning the needed part. We have been with Dave Broussard for over a decade and are always quite satisfied with the outcome. We know that the job will be done right the first time for his staff is customer service oriented. And that is something rare these days.”
