“Total confusion. Confusion about what vent (ac or exhaust) was having issues as this was an ongoing problem. Confusion about the description of work to be completed on the estimated quote of 8/16/21. That is why I requested Justin Daigle. The ac vent was previously sealed on 8/16/21 and not noted on the invoice. It was noted on the current invoice (7/25/22) that I only wanted the vents sealed when in fact, the technician was instructed by the office to deduct $70 off the quote of $280 and perform the task completed, which was only sealing the vents. I would have been better off hiring someone from our FB community page because the cost just to seal the vents was outrageous. I questioned the technician about the amount of the service charge, and he stated it was all inclusive. This experience was very disappointing for a supposedly 5 star rated company.”

“A/C would not cool house lower than 81 degrees and just kept running. I called on July 4 as I have a maintenance plan and was surprised the tech was able to come out that day. It wasn’t fixed though and he came back the next morning. He said it was fixed then after replacing the rectifier. After watching the thermostat, I wasn’t convinced it was corrected and Justin came out to inspect. He reset settings on attic fan and capped off freon and he said he will check it in a month to make sure no leaks are present. Seems to be working ok at present. All employees I’ve dealt with are courteous and professional.”
