“Air conditioner unit was not blowing cold air. Our regular repairman wasn't able to come out because he had Covid. Your company was recommended by a family member. My call was answered promptly and a technician was able to come out the same day. Technician was friendly and professional. Said that the fan motor needed to be replaced. Had to pick up the part, since he didn't have it on his truck. Returned a little later to complete the repair. Afterwards, unit worked and house was cooled. Unfortunately, the unit was extremely loud when operating. We could hear it all the way down the street whenever it turned on. We figured that it was just the new fan motor that was loud. When our regular repairman came to do our biannual service on our units, he immediately noticed the noise coming from the unit that you repaired. He said that it sounded like the fan blade was cracked where it attached to the motor. He opened the unit and saw that this was the case and causing the loud noise. He said that in older units, you have to be careful removing the blades, or they can be cracked in process at the base. He replaced the blades for us, which was another significant charge, and our unit has had no other issues with noise.”
