Andrew was very clear regarding the issue identified, what it meant, and the associated cost. Andrew was attentive to other concerns and/or issues that might need attention and was clear and upfront about the expenses related to additional actions needed now and possible expenses in the future. His transparency, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated after a very long & hot day; this also went a long way in helping sooth the burn of spending more than double what we originally intended.
