“What began with what I assumed would be a simple repair or shot of freon, escalated to a complete replacement of downstairs A/C, heating. The whole enchilada! I knew I was living on borrowed time with the existing unit as it was 21 years old. Naturally, it quit cooling on the first 81 degree very humid day of the season. and naturally, it was Friday at 3:30 pm. I had never used this company so was bit reluctant but Friday afternoon was the clincher. A part was changed by Nason and got me through the weekend but a few days later it was determined the unit was kaput! Paul arrived to assess need for new unit, with several recommendations. Very professional, personable, took his time to fully explain all the details. Decided on exact model based on Paul’s input and it was installed yesterday by Seth and Zack. This company is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that they were all clean and brought shoe covers to wear inside my home and swept the garage out and hauled everything off.
