I was also pleased that supervisor Ryan came and made an inspection to make sure the unit etc. was properly installed (which it was). He also explained if the humidity % showed too high that they would come back and make adjustments, not only that but balance heating and cooling for every room. The whole process from the Salesperson to compunction was a pleasant experience.
