“I am impressed with the overall service. He was very professional and very thorough. He performed maintenance on the unit and replaced the thermostat. He even took photos and estimates for the parts that are worn and might cause a problem in the near future. I mentioned to him that I might want to replace the whole unit soon and that I knew it was an old unit. He discussed all aspects of this with me and the pros and cons of replacing the unit versus possible costly repairs down the road. “Nason came to diagnosis the problem late on a night before a holiday. He quickly diagnosed the problems (there were 3 in all) and was able to repair two on the spot. Andrew followed up after the holiday weekend to repair the final and largest of the issues. Amanda answered all our questions and concerns regarding payments and financial assistance. All of them were courteous, friendly, polite, and professional. They exhibited excellent customer service. Dave Broussard's AC & Heating has always done great work servicing ours and they did not disappoint when we called them this afternoon for my Mom's home in Breaux Bridge. We happened to get a guy who has done great work for us many times, Nason Bernard. He has been with yall for about 6 years.

“We have the yearly maintenance on our ac unit. So twice a year it's serviced. I've been requesting Nason because he is a very thorough technician. He explains everything he did. If I had any issues, I tell him upfront and he makes sure he takes care of everything. I like the pictures and the emails so that way I can explain to my husband. I feel Nason is honest about what he finds, he shows the before and after pictures. So I don't mind paying for what needs to be changed. I trust Nason and appreciate the hard work and effort he puts out to service ouu ac unit. Thank you Nason.”

Nason called back around 8 pm arrived around 9 pm diagnose the leak, fix it. everything was done in around 2 hours time frame. He gave us brochures about uv lamp installation, annual maintenance cost and replacing evap coil estimate. Everything went smoothly. Thank you for your prompt response. Very professional, personable, took his time to fully explain all the details. Decided on exact model based on Paul’s input and it was installed yesterday by Seth and Zack. This company is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that they were all clean and brought shoe covers to wear inside my home and swept the garage out and hauled everything off. From the ladies who answered my first and follow up phone calls to Nason, to Paul, to installers Seth and Zack, I can’t rave enough about this company.
